How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will arrive within 1–7 business days in total, this includes 1 business day for handling and 1–6 business days for shipping, depending on your location and carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear after shipment.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, you should contact Zapvu’s support team for assistance. They’ll help resolve the issue promptly.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. However, domestic orders over $39 qualify for free standard shipping.

Payments

What kinds of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

Do I have to pay for custom tax?

No. Zapvu covers all applicable sales taxes for your order. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you’ll pay — with no extra taxes or hidden fees added later.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely, with required authorizations and verifications completed before your order is processed. For added safety, your bank may occasionally place a hold for security confirmation if it’s your first transaction.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

At this time, Zapvu only accepts one payment method per order. Combining multiple payment methods for a single purchase is not supported.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Sale items or promotional products cannot be returned unless defective.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement instead of a refund, provided it’s within 30 days of purchase.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification email. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
